Clary Development Begins Improvements on Property

A $735,000 mortgage from the Bank of Arkansas is being used to begin development of about 26 acres of land near the intersection of Arkansas Highway 16 and U.S. Highway 71 in Fayetteville.
Clary Development Corp. of Little Rock received the mortgage June 12. The loan was signed by Steve Clary as president of the company.
The money will be used to build roads and water and sewer lines on the property. The company plans to develop the land for commercial and residential use.
The land, which is in the Wedington Place addition adjacent to the Holiday Inn Express, was appraised last year for $142,900.
