The loan was signed by Richard Barrows, president and majority owner of the company, and his partners, James Smithee, Dennis Kelly and James Lefevre.rThe company was incorporated in 1985 and specializes in the mechanical and electrical elements of construction. The company has a 12,500-SF shop and 6,400 SF of office space on eight acres and employs about 200 people.
