Van Dyke Center Building Financed
A 20,000-SF, two-story office building in the Van Dyke Center in Rogers is being financed with a $1.2 million mortgage from the Bank of Fayetteville.rVCC Inc. of Rogers received the loan May 15. It was signed by Brooke Van Dyke as president of VCC and Maryanne Van Dyke as secretary and treasurer of the firm.rOwnership of the lot in the center was transferred the same day from Van Dyke Center LLC to VCC. The deed was signed by Van Dyke and Steve Turner as secretary of Petromark Inc.rConstruction of the office building began last month and is expected to be complete by September. rPlans include five executive suites on the first floor that will have complete secretarial and support services provided.rAbout one-half of the space in the building has been leased. Tenants include Llavie International, a company with offices in Phoenix and Los Angeles that sells native stone from around the world. VCC will move its offices into 2,000 SF on the second floor of the building.rThe Van Dyke Center is a 38.5-acre, 24-lot commercial development at the intersection of Dixieland Road and Arkansas Highway 102 in Rogers. Tenants already in the development include a White Oak Station convenience store and a Finish Line car wash.
