Downtown Rogers Building Secures $1.1 Million Loan
A new four-story, 17,000-SF office building in downtown Rogers is being used to secure a $1.1 million mortgage from First National Bank & Trust of Rogers.
The mortgage was signed by H. Collins Haynes as operating manager for Haynes Architectural Holdings Limited Co. of Rogers.
Haynes started construction of the building last year with a $1 million mortgage from the bank. The current loan provides the permanent financing for the project.
Haynes has been active in renovating older buildings in the downtown area. The new office building is the first new construction in downtown in recent years.
