This is the fifth year for Sharon Sherman to own and operate Nature’s Niche Gifts, although she is a relative newcomer to Northwest Arkansas.

The store was previously located in Independence, Mo. before she moved it to the Northwest Arkansas Mall for the months of October, November and December of last year.

“We knew the concept was already well received by people,” says Sherman. “But the drive was long, so, when this space became open, we signed a lease and opened up here on April 1.” The store’s new location is in Sugar Creek Center in Bella Vista.

Nature’s Niche Gifts sells gift items with a natural theme, from throws featuring animal and floral designs to marble animal carvings.

All the jewelry features animal themes, and Sherman also sells decorative bookends from Brazil and educational toys and games for children.
