In November, E.A. Martin Industrial Equipment Co. opened a second branch in Springdale to focus on the sale and service of lift trucks.
The shop sells new Mitsubishi and Allis-Chalmers trucks and services and sells used models of all brands of industrial lifting trucks.
“E.A. Martin does not set down their own rules and make customers live by them. We live by the customers’ rules,” says branch manager Mike Denny. “We like to pride ourselves in being more customer oriented.”
Denny says that the forklift market is extremely competitive, and E.A. Martin’s service helps set the dealership apart from competitors.
The company can service machines at the shop or in the field and their parts department sells MasterSource parts.
Service plans vary, but Denny stressed that the company is capable of fixing any brand of lift truck.
E.A. Martin is an 80-year-old company headquartered in Joplin, Mo. The company has another branch in Springdale, which sells Caterpillar earth-moving products and truck engines.
