Kim D. and Marylea Hendren of Gravette received two mortgages totaling $1.4 million from the Bank of Gravette on April 4. They were issued simultaneously, one for $1 million and the other for $400,000.
The loans are an extension of two loans for the same amount that the couple received from the Bank of Bentonville in 1992. All the loans are secured by land the couple owns near Gravette.
The Bank of Bentonville issued the first loans July 6, 1992. The loans were secured by first, second and third mortgages on various parcels of land.
