If you’re going to build the tallest building in Benton County, you’ve got to follow standard protocol.

And that’s what’s happened in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers, where Hunt Ventures has plans to build a 10-story, 150-foot office tower. Hunt had to submit an aeronautical study to the Federal Aviation Administration to determine if the building and crane exceeded federal obstruction standards. It was determined that the building did not exceed said standards and was given a “determination of no hazard to air navigation.”

Construction begins this summer and if all goes according to plan, the building will be finished by the end of 2015.
