It looks like Northwest Arkansas is finally going to get a Dunkin’ Donuts location.

The 2,400-SF store will be at 2309 S.E. 14th St. in Bentonville. The building west of Moberly Lane formerly housed a Spot-Not Car Wash.

Plans filed with the city show the renovated building will have outdoor seating and a drive-thru, as well as 23 parking spaces. There’s no word yet on when the location will open.

The franchisee group, JAB QSR Inc., is owned by members of the family that founded the Littlefield Oil Co. JAB opened Arkansas’ first Dunkin’ Donuts location in May 2012 in Fort Smith, and its website states it’s an independent franchisee of Dunkin’ Brands for western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma.

Dunkin’ Donuts, based in Canton, Mass., said in February 2011 it would open seven franchises in Northwest Arkansas beginning in 2012.

Last year, different franchisees opened locations in Little Rock, Conway and Bryant.
