The loans were made to unspecified borrowers in Bentonville, Elkins and Lowell. The lenders were Central National Bank of Enid, Okla., First Oklahoma Bank of Tulsa, First State Bank of Tahlequah, Okla., Southwest Missouri Bank of Carthage and The Farmers & Merchants Bank in Stuttgart.
