Another Starbucks for Rogers?

The Promenade Pointe development north of the Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers is adding another shell building.

C.R. Crawford Construction of Fayetteville is using a $1.05 million permit to construct a 7,400-SF building at 2003 Promenade Blvd. next to Walgreens. Two tenants will share the building, part of a development that’s owned by Hunt Ventures LLC.

This will be the sixth building in Promenade Pointe, home to several stores including Qdoba Mexican Grill, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, TCBY and Kate Austin Jewelry and Gifts.

Though no agreement has been signed, we hear one of the tenants for the new building will be Starbucks.

Pinnacle Realty Group is the leasing agent for the building, and is asking $21 per SF. Construction and build-outs should be done by early fall.
