Kuncl Buys Sign Shop

Kuncl Properties LLC recently purchased a Fayetteville building and adjacent land for $525,000. The 1,554-SF building, located at 1102 S. Happy Hollow Rd. was formerly occupied by the NWA Sign Shop. Northwest Arkansas Sign Shop Inc. purchased the building in 2003 for $107,970.

Kuncl Properties also purchased a $300,000 building permit to develop an office space at the location. Jason Kuncl is the registered agent for Kuncl Properties. Kuncl is also the owner of Lightning Electric. The project is being financed through a loan from Benefit Bank of Fort Smith.
