Arvest Nabs Facebook Fans
We like to hand out kudos for what we think are clever marketing tricks. We like this one, not just because we’re using it too, but because it’s a seemingly odd fit and low in cost.
Arvest Bank launched a Facebook page in late February. The site had 605 fans as of March 19. The bank can publish information about it’s products and services in a blog-like way, without being too intrusive to it’s fan base.
The site drives traffic to it’s human resources site, touts mobile banking services and, our favorite, has a Save a Million Calculator that helps one determine how long it will take them to hit the coveted millionaire mark.
