Flake & Kelley Commercial has purchased Creek Side, a 22,000-SF retail strip center on Mall Ave. in Fayetteville developed by Dixie Development Inc.
The Little Rock-based firm with a burgeoning presence in Northwest Arkansas, took over the debt on the center, which went into foreclosure last year. The total cost to Flake & Kelley was around $2.7 million as it continues to use its strength to make moves during the area’s real estate downturn.
A Chinese restaurant currently occupies 10,000 SF, leaving the rest available for lease.
