The Barber Group and The Pinnacle Group are already partners in the Promenade Pointe project in Rogers and recent transactions indicate the two development companies are further strengthening ties.
The Pinnacle Group partitioned into two partnerships on Aug. 2. Tim Graham and Johnelle Hunt retained the Pinnacle Group name while Bill Schwyhart and Robert Thorton formed their own partnership with a name to be determined.
The “new” Pinnacle Group purchased a mini-storage in Centerton from Barber Group CEO Brandon Barber for $2.44 million on Sept. 10.
On Sept. 28, Barber bought a two-acre commercial corner parcel on Arkansas Highway 265 in Springdale owned by Graham for $800,000. Graham purchased the property, which includes an 1,800-SF convenience store and 3,750 SF of retail space, for $450,000 in 1998.
