Zaxby?s Adds More Locations

Zaxby’s, which opened in Bentonville in January 2006, has broken ground on its Springdale location on S. Thompson St. It also will build a third location on 6th Street in Fayetteville.
The Springdale restaurant is slated to open this summer, while Fayetteville should be ready by the fall. Springdale will have 50 seats, and Fayetteville will have 90 seats, similar in size to the Bentonville location.
The duo that moved to the area from Georgia plans to open 11 Zaxby’s in Northwest Arkansas.
“We haven’t nailed down all the locations yet,” Driggers said. “We’ll probably have another one in Fayetteville and one in Siloam Springs, but nothing has been finalized.”
