Washington Regional Signs Lease at Appleby Landing

Washington Regional Medical Center has signed a long-term lease for 15,000 SF at the Appleby Landing in Fayetteville.
The space will be used for WRMC’s Wound Care/Infusion Center, which is currently at the existing hospital across Appleby Road from the new medical park. The building the center will occupy will be one-story with 19,000 SF.
An unnamed tenant is close to signing a lease for the remaining 4,000 SF, according to a representative from Dixie Development Inc. of Fayetteville, which is developing and marketing the property. The lease rate is $18 per SF.
Dixie Construction Co. of Fayetteville will be the general contractor for the building that was designed by Mobley Architects Inc. of Fayetteville. Construction is expected to begin this spring.
Appleby Landing is a 17-acre medical park with the potential for 180,000 SF of professional office space.
