SkillSpan Staffing and The Staffing Factor have agreed to merge, forming the company FirstStaff Inc. effective Jan. 1.
The owners of FirstStaff include: Ed Schulte, Gail Eads, Rhonda Houser, Bob Daugherty, Jason Daugherty, Don Marr and Steve Schulte. Marr will serve as president and Steve will be chief financial officer.
The owners will also be partners of HR Factor, of which Marr is president and owner.
SkillSpan was created in 2001 with offices in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Siloam Springs, Fort Smith and Hot Springs. The Staffing Factor was established in 2003 with offices in Bentonville and Fayetteville.
