Remember the old Modern Fence & Supply Co. site on Sixth Street in Fayetteville?
Well Liberty Bank of Arkansas bought the 1.74-acre piece from owner Roy Milligan for $1.1 million and Modern Fence is moving to Springdale.
The site is right across the street from Lowe’s.
The bank has a Siloam Springs charter, but has applied with the Arkansas State Bank Department to combine operations with its Jonesboro sister.
