Robin Baldwin’s dedication to health care is an extension of her personal goal to help people.

Baldwin, 33, began her career with Ozark Guidance Center in 1991 working at Habberton House, a residential treatment center for adolescents. In 1994, she moved to Washington Regional Medical Center as staff development coordinator. A year later she became director of the Leadership Development Institute working there for two years before taking the position of director of network development in 1997.

In 1998, she left the hospital to work as a sales representative for Knoll Pharmaceutical, but said she soon decided that pharmaceutical health wasn’t where she wanted to be. Baldwin took the position of director of development at the University of Arkansas College of Education and Health Professions before being recruited by the Sam M. Walton College of Business where she served as director of Development until 2002. She left in May after being asked by TrestleTree Inc. to go back into health care.

Baldwin currently serves as president of the Junior League and volunteers with the Walton Art Center Backstage Committee, Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce Teen Leadership Program and is a member of the Fayetteville Athletic Club Advisory Board.
