P.A.M. Transportation Services Inc. of Tontitown plans a second issuance of stock. The firm said Feb. 20 that it would offer about 3.5 million shares of stock with proceeds going to reduce debt.

The trucking company has about 8.5 million outstanding shares of common stock.
