Hampton Inn Gets Another Mortgage

Another $300,000 mortgage for the construction of a 155-room Hampton Inn in Rogers was filed Dec. 22.
The mortgage was issued to Rogers Lodging Associates LLC of Madison, Wisc. from Anchor Bank, also of Madison. The loan was signed by C.J. Raymond as president of Raymond Management Company Inc.
The loan is coupled with a $4.5 million construction mortgage from First National Bank & Trust of Rogers that was issued Nov. 11.
Rogers Lodging Associates has leased the 58,800-SF hotel in the Times Square development at the intersection of West Walnut and 46th streets in Rogers. Raymond and his partner, Reinhart Postweiler, own the hotel and the company leasing it.
