Mark Martin, a Fayetteville lawyer, has bought the building at 2059 Green Acres Road that houses his law firm.

Martin received a $272,500 mortgage from the Bank of Fayetteville on Dec. 22 to buy the 3,841-SF building. Martin bought the building from his former law partners, Amber Trumbo and David Sterling.

The former law firm of Martin, Trumbo & Sterling operated from the building until it was dissolved Jan. 8, 1997. Martin formed a new law firm with Kenneth Kieklak that is called Martin & Kieklak.
