Red Bud Motel Gets New Owners

The Red Bud Motel at 1306 S. Walton Blvd. was sold August 4 to Lawliff Properties LLC of Bentonville.
The purchase was financed with a $410,000 mortgage from the Bank of Bentonville. The loan was signed by Charles R. Rateliff and James R. Lawson as members of the company.
The motel has 21 rooms, all of which will be remodeled by the new owners.
