Harmon Place Apartments sold

Harmon Place Apartments at 65 S. Duncan Ave. in Fayetteville were sold June 29 for $930,000.

Mark and Carie Pryor bought the apartments from Linda B. Moore. The purchase was financed with a $900,000 mortgage from the Bank of Elkins to Pryor Properties LLC. The loan was signed by Mark Pryor as manager of the company.

Also June 29, Pryor transferred ownership of Wedington Oaks Apartments at 1390 Wedington Drive in Fayetteville to Pryor Properties. The apartments also were used as collateral for the mortgage.

Harmon Place Apartments is a 23,606-SF complex built in 1986. The apartment building was appraised last year for $725,500. Wedington Oaks Apartments is a 10,378-SF complex built in 1983. The apartments were appraised in 1996 for $256,800.
