Petromark Inc. in Harrison, which owns White Oak Station convenient stores, will begin construction soon on a new store in south Springdale.

The newest White Oak Station will be on the southeast corner of Arkansas Highway 265 and Electric Avenue, adjacent to the Basic Block Group offices. Steve Turner of Petromark said construction will begin in early April with a target date for opening sometime in July.

Turner said the new White Oak Station will have a complete redesign from older White Oak Stations. It will sell Texaco gasoline.

There is another White Oak Station in Springdale, two in Fayetteville and one each in Rogers, Bentonville, Siloam Springs and Hindsville.

As soon as the new Springdale location is finished, Turner said a new one will be built in Bentonville on the corner of Moberly Lane and Arkansas Highway 72.
