Lazenby Enters Commerce Center
Bill Lazenby, owner of Lazenby Properties Inc. of Fayetteville, bought a 16,000-SF office building Feb. 1 at Commerce Drive in Bentonville’s Commerce Center office park. He got a $1.6 million loan from Simmons Bank of Clarksville for the purchase.
The building is being leased by Source One and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. suppliers Sara Lee, Fisher Price and Test Rite. Lazenby also recently purchased a Commerce Center strip center for $1.65 million.
