ARC Fast Tracking on Winwood Project

ARC Construction Co. of Centerton got a $2 million loan Jan. 13 from Bank of Bentonville to build homes on 396 lots at his Winwood Subdivision. The subdivision, is located at the corner of Arkansas Highway 102 and Been Road, just west of Bentonville.
Ralph O. Walker, ARC president, and Elizabeth Walker, secretary, secured the loan. They are also developing the nearby Magnolia Crossing subdivision on U.S. Highway 62 West in Fayetteville.
The Winwood homes will range from 1,450 to 1,600 SF and will be priced from $85,000 to $90,000. Dave Jorgensen of Jorgensen & Associates in Fayetteville is the project engineer.
