Demaree, Hash & Associates LLC of Cave Springs, the holding company owned by Pat Demaree and Brett Hash, is spending $1 million to develop a golf community in Cave Springs. United Bank is supplying the financing.
Phase I of the 150-acre Creekside Estates, being built alongside The Creeks public golf course on Wager Road, consists of seven five-acre lots that will come with a 3,000-SF-home size requirement. The Phase I lots are selling for $85,000 each and include city utilities, cable and a five-year family membership for unlimited golf.
Phase II and Phase III will consist of an additional 97 acres. All of the properties border the golf course, Osage Creek or Spring Creek, and in some cases all three.
