Vernon S. and Patricia D. Patton, owners of Old Applegate Place Festivals in Bentonville, refinanced their facilities at 1807 S.W. Second St. with a $895,000 loan received Dec. 27 from Bank of Bentonville. The Pattons put on three crafts festivals on the 75-acre site each year.
The property includes 20,000-SF of covered pavilion and display space and a large parking area. It’s part of the Elm Tree Addition to the city of Bentonville.
