Burkart Starts Latest Subdivision
Burkart Development Inc. is using a $496,080 loan from Superior Federal Bank of Rogers to develop Bentonville’s new Avignon Subdivision. J.R. Burkart, company president, and William P. Burkart, J.R.’s brother and the company secretary, signed the note May 14.
The development will include 39 lots averaging 0.75 acres each and houses ranging in size from 3,500 SF to 4,000 SF. The property is adjacent to the city’s Lexington Subdivision and near the Hanover and Stonehenge Subdivisions.
Avignon will feature a number of amenities, including common grounds and park sitting areas, medians, cul de sacs and a common pool area. Prospective buyers have already started contacting Burkart.
Burkart Construction Co., doing business as Crestmark Homes, will build the homes. The houses will range in price from $275,000 to $400,000.
