Buckman, Harlow Juggling Hot Projects
Ronald and Karen Buckman and Robert and Betty Harlow have teamed up for three commercial and office projects totaling $4.2 million.
The first, the 22,500-SF Elm Springs Plaza at 3896 Elm Springs in Springdale, was recently completed and already houses the offices and stores of Alltel, the House of Flowers, and Video World. A satellite office of John Brown University is also planned for the $1.2 million facility that sits on a 2.2-acre parcel.
Buckman and Harlow have their $950,000, 9,600-SF Oak Trace Center at 2618 SE “J” St. ready for leasing. The duo is still seeking tenants for that building.
On May 15, Buckman and Harlow received $900,000 in financing from the Bank of Arkansas for the purchase of a 5,600-SF office building and 3.5 acres of property at 304 Airport Road in Bentonville. The property’s new name will be the Airport Road Professional Center and space will allow the developers to eventually expand it into a $2 million, 22,000-SF facility.
Buckman and Harlow will build to suit tenants at the Airport Road site.
