Singletree Plaza filling with tenants

White River Angler opened last November in Fayetteville’s Singletree Plaza, the 15,000-SF shopping center on Millsap Road that was constructed earlier this year by John W. Cole.
Bill Tenison, the owner of White River Angler, describes the shop as a full-line Orvis dealer that sells fly-fishing rods, reels, lines, waders, boots, flies and just about anything else a well-equipped angler could need. The 1,500-SF store also carries Orvis clothing.
Cole says Singletree Plaza is now 87 percent occupied. Signature Style, a women’s clothing store, also opened recently in the shopping center. SunCom, a cellular telephone and pager company, plans to open an office in Singletree Plaza by March.
