Packaging Company Builds New Warehouse

Olson Packing Services Inc. of Galesburg, Ill., has built a 20,000-SF warehouse at 1875 Country Club Road in Siloam Springs.
Eric Olson got a $400,000 loan March 23 from Northwest Mortgage Co. of Illinois for the facility that features a clear-span ceiling and state-of-the-art load levelers that use inflatable dock plates.
Olson – which supplies and ships boxes, crates and other packaging products – services Gates Rubber Co. It’s also leasing some of its local warehouse space to Gates. Olson has additional warehouses in Galesburg, Ill., and Dexter, Mo.
Other clients the company services include Maytag Appliances Inc. and John Deere.
