Rogers lawyer David R. Matthews and his wife, Mary Elizabeth Matthews, received a $560,000 mortgage March 4 from First National Bank & Trust. The note is for their 6,075-SF home at 917 Sycamore Trace in Lowell, which includes an 882-SF unfinished basement.

The home is built on the two-acre Lot 5 of the Sycamore Hills Subdivision.
