Goshen is Her Kind of Town

Laura “Alexander” Skoning of Chicago, purchased 220 acres from Claudette Warren on March 17 for $475,000. The Goshen acreage at 288 Paul Pray Drive was previously farmland that has been in Warren’s family for many years.

Alexander plans to develop the property into what will be called Paul Pray Subdivision after she moves to Washington County in June. The development will include residential lots ranging from five to 10 acres each and feature horseback riding and walking trails.

Both Mill and Dutton creeks border the property.
