Reggae music by Mas Agua was featured at the next-to-the-last “Second Saturday Music in the Park” series in Blanche Moore Park in downtown Van Buren. More than 50 people sat and listened to music sounding very much like improv jazz.
"Reggae was our number one choice this year," said Barbara Little, president of Old town Merchants Association. "We would like to increase our crowds next year. We are lucky to have this park to showcase performing arts and anticipate an even better season next year."
Country music band Page 1 will take the stage Sept. 12, and the Old Town Fall Festival is scheduled for Oct. 10
