Rosemary Ruloph, who resided near Branch, Arkansas, died Saturday, May 9, 2026, at her home. She was born on July 22, 1944, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to the late Frank Pirker and Ruth (Bass) Pirker. She was 81 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a daughter, Glenda Gilbreth.
Rosemary was a 1962 high school graduate of St. Scholastica in Fort Smith. For several years, Rosemary worked at Garan Manufacturing, Inc. in Ozark, and later, a cashier at C.V.’s IGA in Ozark. Most of all, she was a homemaker who loved her family very much and she was also loved by many. She was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Ratcliff.
Rosary service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 16th at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Ratcliff followed by funeral mass at 10:30 a.m., under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Joe Ruloph; two daughters, Laura Elder and husband Robert of Ozark and Tina Gilbreth of Dardanelle; three sons, Ron Ruloph and wife Trenna of Subiaco, Gary Ruloph and Fiancee’ Becky Washburn of Blue Mountain, and Jody Ruloph and wife Kim of Charleston; two sisters, Carol Ademac of Fort Smith and Barbara Greco and husband Richard of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin; (18) grandchildren, BJ, Vicky, Val, Veronica, Robin, RJ, Andy, Willy, Danielle, Shaniece, Shyanna, Natasha, Kyle, Renita, Hope, Joseph, Lilly, and Isaac; and (23) great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be family members.
Her body will be cremated following the services and her urn will be placed at St. Anthony’s Cemetery at a later date.
