Developer completes home at $60 million Rogers community

JIA Communities, a Rogers-based luxury community developer, recently completed its first model home in the $60 million Park 5 addition in southwest Rogers.

An opening event is set for 5 to 7 p.m. June 8 at 1499 W. Wallis Road. Attendees can tour the fully furnished home, explore Park 5, and meet JIA staff.

Park 5 is JIA Communities’ first residential community, comprising 53 homesites, a 12-acre park, and 2 miles of trails. Park 5 offers six floor plans ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 square feet, with one- and two-story designs. JIA Communities provides a semi-custom approach, allowing buyers to personalize design elements to suit their lifestyle. The community was developed in collaboration with Dallas-based SHM Architects and Fayetteville-based Catalpa Architects.

JIA Communities was founded in 2022, and its leaders have ties to Missouri Walnut Group, a Neosho, Mo.-based supplier of American black walnut and white oak. JIA Communities is a vertically integrated company that offers development, construction and sales. The company is selling the first and second phases of Park 5 and has plans for continued growth across Northwest Arkansas.

A company affiliate purchased the 40.42-acre development site in March 2023 for $4 million. The sellers were Brenda McCutcheon and Thred McCutcheon.
