David Wayne Smith

David Wayne Smith of Muldrow, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, April 17, 2026, at his home. He was born on March 16, 1970, in Dallas, Texas, to Larry Michael Smith, Sr. and Glenda Joyce (Hobbs) Smith. He was 56 years old. He was preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his father, Larry Smith, Sr. of Fort Smith; a sister, Keva Reith and husband Tim of Fort Smith; and two brothers, Mike Smith and wife Lori and Steve Smith, all of Fort Smith.
