Linda Phillips

Linda Phillips, 70, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2026 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on June 10, 1955 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Arthur and Jeanie (Brown) Pollock. Growing up, Linda had a fondness for swimming which later turned into teaching swim lessons for friends and family. Linda worked for Transcript and later Weldon Williams and Lick as a printer until retirement and attended 81 Freewill Baptist Church of Rudy.

She is survived by her son, Benjamin Philips and his wife Sarah of Fort Smith and three grandchildren, Samantha and Micheala Phillips both of Fort Smith and Bryson Smith of Rudy, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her Mother Jeanie (Brown) Pollock, Father Arthur Pollock, Step Mother Mary Pollock, two brothers Ronny and Paul, and daughter Amanda Smith.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
