Kevin Michael Lipe

Kevin Michael Lipe, 64, of Van Buren passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on December 31, 2025 after a short battle with cancer. He was born in Trenton, MI on April 28, 1961 to the late Richard M. and Ann (Turcheck) Lipe. Kevin was a huge fan of the Razorbacks, hunting, fishing, gardening and farming. He was an entrepreneur for most of his life, owning the Speedy Mart in Van Buren and White Oak Travel Center in Ozark. He was also affluent in Dad jokes and constantly looking out for his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Lipe Sr.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Sherry of the home; two sons, Preston Lipe and partner Ricky of Bentonville, AR & Dr. Nathan Lipe of Nashville, TN; sisters, Donna Arnette, Anne Rankin (Terry), Kaylonni Bordelon (Bob) and Kari Lipe; brothers, Rick Lipe (Darlene), Robert Lipe (Janice), Bill Lipe (Becky), David Lipe, Gary Lipe, Richard Lipe (Marlene) and Dana Lipe; with countless nieces and nephews.

The family will visit with relatives and friends from 4-6 P.M. on Friday January 2, 2026 at the funeral home, 700 Jefferson St. Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday January 3, 2026 at Ocker Memorial Chapel. Instead of being buried, Kevin had requested to be cremated and the family plans to honor those wishes.
