Brian Dean Hulsey

Brian Dean Hulsey, (58), of Alma, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on November 21, 2025.

Brian was born on July 14, 1967 in El Dorado, Kansas to James and Virginia Hulsey. The family moved to Fort Smith in the 1970s. Brian remained in the area until his passing. He had a love for musicals, British television, cooking, and cats.

He is survived by his parents, James and Virginia; two brothers: Dennis (and wife, Patrice), and Carl; two nephews: Chris Hulsey and Andrew Welsch; two nieces: Ashley Hulsey and Emily Welsch; and several aunts and uncles: Roy Lister, Alma Daymude, Estella Lister, Wilma Lister, Sharon Winn (and husband, Jim), and Clinton Hulsey (and wife, Arlene).

Brian was welcomed into heaven by his sister Angela Welsch.

A family graveside service will be held in Tamaha, Oklahoma on Wednesday, November 26.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to the American Diabetes Association in his honor.
