Billy Wayne Belcher

Billy Wayne Belcher, 56, of Van Buren passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2025 in his home. He was a former employee of Davidson Ladder in Van Buren. He was preceded in death by his father Merle Belcher.

He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Belcher of Van Buren; a son, Aaron Belcher of Roland, Oklahoma; two daughters, Kasey and Kayla Belcher both of Cedarville; a brother David Belcher and wife Carrie of Greenwood.

Graveside service will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 21, 2025 at Bryant Cemetery in Cedarville under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Belcher, Tony Roberts, Joseph Maxwell, Vernon Howard, David Belcher and Sambo Parmenter.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Parmenter, James Parmenter, Charlie Foulk and Myron Maxwell.
