Mani Penny Quang, lovingly known as Nui, age 65, of Fort Smith, passed into her heavenly home on September 2, 2025. She was born on March 28, 1960, in Luang Prabang, Laos, to Sanh Van Luong and Ben Thi Thong.

Nui graduated from Vientiane High School in Laos and later made Fort Smith her home. On December 29, 1991, she married the love of her life, London Quang, with whom she shared a beautiful marriage filled with love and devotion.

A woman of deep faith, Nui was a devoted Christian whose gentle spirit and kindness touched all who knew her. She cherished her family above all and found joy in caring for them. Nui especially enjoyed cooking for loved ones and spending time shopping. She will be remembered for her warmth, love, and unwavering devotion to her family and faith.

Nui is survived by her husband, London Quang; her son, Kevin Senglehamvilay, her five brothers: Savanh Luong of Springdale, AR; Luang Vanh Thong of Toulouse, France; Kou Van Thong of Toulouse, France; Jacky Luong of Springdale, AR; and Ben Luong of Springdale, AR; her five sisters: Jenny Vongdara of Paris, AR; Nong Arounnothay of Van Buren, AR; Hom Khambounheaung of Toulouse, France; Maxine Inthavong of Tontitown, AR; and Phuc Meksavanh of Toulouse, France. She is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews from America and France.

Nui is preceded by her parents, Sanh Van Luong and Ben Thi Thong; and her older brother, Inthavong Luong.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will follow on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at West Ark Church of Christ, with interment to take place at Forest Park Cemetery. The service will be officiated by Jasper Phomakay. Pallbearers will be Kevin Sengkhamvilay, Nit Vongdara, John Vongdara, Matthew Inthavong, Tyler Luong, and Jacob Luong.
