Ann Broadfoot

Ann Broadfoot, 94, of Van Buren, Arkansas passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025 in a local nursing home. She was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late George and Bernice (Hapke) McCordic. Ann was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold Broadfoot and a grandchild, Aidan.

Ann was a homemaker and member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Fort Smith. She loved to needlepoint and was a previous owner of a needlepoint shop. Ann was very creative and crafts were dear to her heart. Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Friday, July 11, 2025 at the US National Cemetery in Fort Smith with Interment to follow under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.

Survivors include her daughter, Kristi Hay and husband Ian of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; sons, Randy Broadfoot of Phoenix, Arizona, Greg Broadfoot and wife Nancy of McCook Nebraska and Jeff Broadfoot and wife Paula of Van Buren; grandchildren Brooke, Brannon, Barrett, Burke, Brea, Jacob, Megan, Andrew, Alex, Libby and Callum; 14 great grandchildren; sister Marion Dowden and husband Bill and numerous nieces and nephews.
