Grace Marsiglio joins The Peacock Group

The Peacock Group announced the addition of Grace Marsiglio as the agency’s newest employee and the first based in Northwest Arkansas. As a public relations coordinator, She will support the firm in providing strategic communications support to the agency’s client base.

“Grace’s varied experience in communications, combined with her enthusiasm and fresh perspective, will be a tremendous asset to our clients,” said TPG founder and principal Denver Peacock. “Additionally, having a daily presence in Northwest Arkansas reflects our commitment to better serving our partners in the region.”

She recently earned a master’s degree in public administration from Florida State University, and has a background in communications. She has professional experience across multiple roles, including as a public affairs advisor at Allegiant Strategies Group, where she developed branding standards and provided research-driven insights on legislative trends.

Marsiglio has also contributed her skills at the Florida State University College of Social Science and Public Policy and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C., where she created content and developed communication strategies. Marsiglio is pursuing a certificate in global strategic communication from the University of Florida, expected in 2025.
