Kutak Rock remains largest NWA law practice

The largest law practice in Northwest Arkansas relocated its Fayetteville office this year and is under new leadership.

Kutak Rock, a national law firm headquartered in Omaha, Neb., moved from 234 E. Millsap Road to 1277 E. Joyce Boulevard. The law firm is the lead tenant in a new 39,000-square-foot office building. An investment group led by Fayetteville builder Kyle Naples owns the three-story building. Kutak Rock made the move on Jan. 30 and occupies the third floor.

The law firm also has an office in the Northgate Plaza office building in Rogers’ Pinnacle Hills area. Kutak Rock has 30 attorneys practicing in the two offices, which ranks No. 1 on the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s annual Largest Law Firms list. Click here for a PDF of this year’s list.

Kutak Rock opened its first Fayetteville office in 2001 and its first Rogers office in 2016.

Little Rock attorney Jennie Stewart is the regional managing partner for Kutak Rock’s three Arkansas locations in Little Rock, Fayetteville and Rogers. She was elected to the position this past fall. She succeeded Terry Pool, who held that position since 2012.

Pool has returned to his law practice full-time in the firm’s Rogers office.
