Moses Tucker Partners assumes property management of Little Rock high-rise
One of downtown Little Rock’s tallest office buildings has a new property manager.
Moses Tucker Partners announced Monday (Jan. 10) it will manage and lease the Union Plaza Building at 124 W. Capitol Ave.
The management change is effective immediately, according to a Moses Tucker Partners news release. The building was previously managed by Union Plaza Commercial Real Estate.
The 235,704-square-foot building is 21 stories and 95% leased. In addition to the building, the property includes an adjacent 300 space parking garage.
“We are delighted to add this outstanding property to our portfolio,” Moses Tucker Partners CEO Chris Moses said in a statement. “Our company is based in downtown Little Rock and we have a long history of building and developing our downtown.”
Little Rock Union Plaza LLC of Tucson, Ariz., paid $9.25 million for the property in July 2007. It was built in 1969 and was formerly home of Union National Bank until its merger with what is now Bank of America.
Jennifer Lester, COO with Moses Tucker Partners, will oversee the property. Lester recently re-joined the firm and brings over 20 years of experience to the company.
“Union Plaza is one of just a few downtown high-rises that is over 90% leased,” she said. “It has an excellent tenant base, and the building is in first-class condition.”
