Former Little Rock Harley-Davidson dealership dells for $1.4 million
A former Harley Davidson dealership at 10300 Interstate 30 in Little Rock sold Thursday (Dec. 19) for $1.4 million to the Arkansas State Highway Commission.
The property totals 19,224 square feet on 3.06 acres and is situated near Baseline Road. It features a 6,040-square-foot showroom as well as an office mezzanine, service garage, a retail building and two warehouses.
The buyer will likely use the property for Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT) offices.
Casi Runnells and Kevin Huchingson represented the seller, I30 HD LLC, in the transaction.
“This property is a logical fit for ArDOT given its close proximity to their central offices and tower nearby,” Runnells said. “Colliers was happy to have the opportunity to represent the seller in this transaction.”
The site was vacated by Rock City Harley-Davidson last summer when its new location opened at Gateway Town Center in Little Rock.
